Ability to see when the ticket was exactly created since it's relevant for e-commerce sales. Currently the date is being displayed (day, month, year).

Allow users who manage tags to create / edit tags and then request approval of those changes. In this way, they will have greater independence to manage the tags, but still the security of the workflow within the projects will be guaranteed.

Visually show what parts of a document are causing it to have one group, tag or intent. For example, when hovering a tag inside a document, highlight the text that is matching that tag configuration.

AI assistance in the tag creation process to help speed up the implementation and maintenance phases.

When a project has a lot of groups and tags, this might be useful to make navigation easier.

It would be incredibly useful to be able to move the Tags between Groups using Drag & Drop !

Today, in the Tag creation process we must re-start typing each word again and again when choosing different concepts with the same keyword base. For instance we have 5 different concepts that start with the same keyword base we are interested in : Understand+more / Understand+less / Understand>not_Understand . Each time we select one concept we must re-type Understand. We would like to be able to pick more than one concept from the list shown without having to re-type.

I would like to be able to export a list of all tags over a specific date range and include how many tickets were associated with each tag.

I want be able to search by the ticket number, especially to speed up trouble shooting.

In the same way that the Evolution or Metadata tables can be downloaded as a CSV.
