Improvements

It would be very interesting for us to be able to make comparative views between two time periods in different moments of history. As an example, we would like to have the ability to compare May 2022 with May 2023.

I want to automate tickets that only say "thank you" to a group. I would like the ability to create a tag so the rule is "only if the ticket contains 'thank you' " versus listing a ton of words in the 'But NONE of these intents' section

Being able to see data by user segment and associated data would be valuable. This data changes as the customer goes through their journey (ex. Customer could go from open account, churn risk, closed account), and being able to see data in Lang with the current segment assigned to customer would be helpful. (Currently we can only view the metadata that is attached to the ticket at the time that it's processed)

When building out a new tag or a new search, if it similarity matches an existing tag in the project (coverage % wise, similar intents/words, etc), have there be a pop-up or messaging that let's you know it seems to match the logic of an existing tag, so there are not duplicate tags or tags that are too similar.

Instead of creating multiple tags in order to have multiple logical rules, allow to add them directly in the same tag.

It'd be cool if I, when editing or adjusting the makings of a tag, I could add a tag in addition to a concepts / words to the negate/BUT field. Example - if I had a really good spam/noise tag, I would want to negate it from all my existing tags without adding all the concepts / words from the spam tag in the BUT field for all the other tags, if I could just say to Lang, "hey, also don't pull in anything with the spam tag", that would be ideal! If this doesn't make sense, let me know!

It would be very helpful to be able to see each Tag Group in a different colour.

It would be helpful for me to be able to mark internal notes within the Lang.ai platform when reviewing tags, such as to-do, personal notes, feedback on the inner workings of the tag, and reminders.

We would like to be able to isolate documents with only 1 Tag in order to be able to monitorize & report certain specific issues

It would be helpful if the Lang admin was able to see who submitted the tag with the option to provide feedback. If the tag is incorrect, it would be great to have the option to delete the tag because right now I am only able to set it live.
